Meet Ruari Scott

I'm Ruari Scott, a registered Osteopath who qualified in 2003. Alongside clinical practice, I've dedicated much of my career to teaching healthcare professionals and students since 2005.

My teaching experience includes:

• Senior Biomedical Lecturer at the College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM)
• Lecturer in Osteopathic Technique
• Lecturer in Clinical Methods
• Clinical Tutor in teaching clinics across Oxford and London
• Examiner and Moderator for final-year Osteopathy students

Maintaining both an active clinical practice and an academic career allows me to bring current, real-world experience into every course I teach.

Over the years, I've discovered that the most rewarding part of teaching isn't simply sharing knowledge—it's witnessing the moment when someone truly understands a concept, gains confidence, or sees their practice from an entirely new perspective.
